One Body Education

One Body Education is a space to connect, commit, and learn about the human body, mind, and spirit. Adrienne is a master bodyworker trained in 14 modalities, certified in 11, and always continuing their education to support you. They have been an educator for 30 years, and they love to share their experience, knowledge, and ideas with others.

In this Skool room you can access a lot of free material, and if you are curious enough, and willing to commit you can register for paid classes.
