This is a free community for men whose marriage is breaking down and who want to stop making things worse and save their family.

If your wife has pulled away, is talking about separation or divorce, or you feel stuck in limbo not knowing what to do next, you are not alone. Many men here are living apart, still under the same roof for the kids, or co-parenting while feeling like a stranger in their own family.

This is not a place to vent, blame, or chase quick fixes.

The focus is helping men stop destructive patterns, steady themselves, and lead their marriage towards real change. You will learn how to regulate yourself, handle contact without escalating tension, and show up calmer and more grounded.

Mark Cox, creator of the Marriage Recovery System, is present in the community and provides free training, guidance, and answers to questions to help you lead yourself differently and gain clarity on your next steps. Mark saved his own marriage from this point and now helps men to do the same.
