Crew School is a living health & resilience community for nightlife professionals in the music industry.

It’s a shared space - not just a course - where people check in, exchange and support each other through the realities of nightlife work.

Here, you don’t figure things out alone. You connect with people who live the same rhythms, pressures and long nights and work on your health together.

In Crew School, we explore monthly focus themes around regulation, recovery, resilience and mental health. This happens through workshops, shared practices and ongoing support from the community, coaches, psychologists and medical experts.
