Welcome! Grand rising! In our communities, we've always known this truth: how you greet the day shapes how you carry the day. So today, I thank you for choosing to be here, in the Caregiver's Corner. May your time here be steady, protected, and full of purpose.

Today, and every day, I rise with gratitude for the ancestors who made my "today" possible. As a family caregiver, I know what I am charged to do and who I am serving. In my home, I caretake for my parents, James and Barbara who are both 90 years old as of February 2026.

This group is for family caregivers who are tired, doing a lot, and need support. Here you will find calm structure, practical tools, and encouragement. You can discover information, activities, and resources you can use in your caregiver role. You are here, along with like-minded other family caregivers.

You are in the right corner, and I am in the corner with you. You are not alone.
