I came into this industry as a kid from the Bronx and Mount Vernon who loved music like oxygen. I cared more about connection than credit, and that passion led me from iconic labels like Def Jam/Def Soul, Atlantic KWL, WMX Merch, 300 Ent, to powerful music tech companies like Single, and HitZero

My gift has always been helping artists become who they’re meant to be — not what the world pressures them to be.

But here’s the truth: I’ve taken more shots than I’ve made. Even with experience, you still miss. You still misread moments. You still flop. That’s part of real A&R work.

This program isn’t a fix-all. It won’t make every idea a hit. But it will give you the tools, awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership to navigate the highs and lows with clarity and purpose.
