Allergen Fine Foods

Hello, my name is Thom, and my nephew has Celiac disease; he also has allergies to nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy. My goal here is to create recipes he can eat, and present those recipes to you; then you can recreate them for yourself and those in your family with similar allergies.
