THH Practice Circle is the integration space within Twelfth House Healing.
It exists to support the work that continues between healing sessions through consistent personal practice.
Inside the Practice Circle you will find meditation windows, energetic hygiene practices, and simple methods that help stabilize and integrate healing work over time.
Practices shared here may include meditation, breathwork, grounding, salt baths, cord clearing, and other energetic maintenance techniques commonly recommended between sessions.
This space is designed primarily for practice rather than discussion. Members are welcome to participate as much or as little as they like, and many simply maintain their own practices alongside the community.
The intention of THH Practice Circle is straightforward: to provide a steady place where the work of healing can continue through regular practice and awareness.
