For mothers who love deeply, but feel overwhelmed more often than they admit.
The Village is a calm, judgment-free space for as they are — tired, loving, imperfect.
Especially in the early years, when everything feels heavier than expected.
This is a place to slow down, exhale, and find support when motherhood feels hard,
without needing to explain yourself or hold it all together.
Inside, you’ll find gentle, in-the-moment support for overwhelm,
simple tools you can lean on when words are hard (short guides, calming audio),
and a moderated community with clear boundaries and no pressure to share.
You can show up fully or quietly. Both are welcome.
The Village is created and guided by Suzanne, a mum of two young girls, who loves to build creatively and support others in the process. Mumbuddy grew from lived experience: navigating identity shifts, parenting relationships, and the loneliness that can exist even when life looks full.
