Yoda was on to something. He framed sentences in the positive. And they sounded funny to most. That’s because we naturally think negatively to protect ourselves. For example, “We aren’t perfect” becomes “Perfect we are not.” On a somewhat easier note ‘Don’t run’ becomes ‘Please walk.’
You can take all the mindset classes, & courses on positive thinking, but if you don’t change the way you speak & think, none of it will matter.
Master this first.
The rest will be easier.
