This is for people who are tired of surface-level interactions and want clarity around what they want, how they communicate, and why conversations go the way they do.
This is NOT a dating group or therapy space. There’s no expectation to impress, pair off, or overshare. Instead, you’ll engage in guided discussions with me that help you slow down reactions, notice patterns, and practice speaking honestly in a grounded way.
You choose your level of participation. The work here is practical, respectful, and focused on helping you say what you mean and mean what you say.
