I’m Dr. Trent Ashby, a Doctor of Chiropractic with Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I combine formal education with practical experience to help you understand these compounds safely and effectively.
