Welcome to joint safe yoga! What does that mean? This is a group for those with injuries and mobility issues as well as for those with hypermobility disorders. We will learn together how to support the mind, body and soul in a gentle and safe way that will help heal injuries and prevent new ones from forming. I have 717 hours of education in yoga thus far and am continually and passionately learning. Come join my page for fun, learning, empowerment and self compassion!
