Holistic Life Lab

The Holistic Life Lab is a private community for people who want to live well without turning life into a laborious self-improvement project.

Think of it as a calmer, more collaborative alternative to social media. Without fear of judgement, we share ideas and positive energy to inspire and encourage each other to physically, mentally, and culturally be the best we can be. Topics such as food, movement, travel, spirituality, and general daily life are all discussed and reimagined without the idea of a perfect ideal: we strive to find what is best for you, not what is picture perfect.

Health in the Lab is not a task to manage, but a natural outcome of the choices we make and the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Deeper support with me, Annis (lifecoach, potion maker, energy alchemist, yogini and free spirit) is available to those who want it, but at its heart, the Lab is about discovering yourself by engaging in a community of likeminded people from all stages of life.
