As a cancer survivor, I inspire a health and wellness community which is built around learning, support and participation. We believe the key to a healthy lifestyle is not only the journey we take as an individual but the journey we take together as a community. The education is designed to offer points of view from holistic health, modern medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, fitness and mental health from the Podcast.
