Our mission is to inspire and empower more women to pursue aviation.

Today, women make up less than 6% of pilots in the aviation industry—and we’re working to change that.

Girls Love to Fly is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to creating more opportunities for girls and women in aviation through scholarships, mentorship, and an all-girls flight school experience.

We believe in helping girls discover the wings they never knew they had—and giving them the support and confidence to use them.
