I had to watch someone else do it before I believed I could. Now I'm letting people watch me. $9/month.
Eight years ago I was 24. No money, no way to borrow any, and nobody in my family had ever touched real estate. I just had an itch for some freedom.
God put me around a few guys who were actually doing deals, not selling a program on how to do them. They let me hang around. They showed me everything. That’s the only reason I’m here.
Now I buy houses, and I’m building a 20-unit apartment building. I’ve got three kids and a wife I’d rather be around than anybody, and the life that lets me do that came out of rooms exactly like this one.
You’ll see the deals. The address, what I paid, the loan, the rehab, what I made when it worked. You’ll see what it cost me when it didn’t. I lost a lot of money this past winter, and that’s in here too. So are the ones I’m in the middle of right now, before I know how they end.
I’m not doing this to teach you. I’m doing it because somebody did it for me.
