As team members, you want to be understood, feel valued, and know you are part of a winning team. But there is more to life than work. Having a healthy life balance means excelling in both areas of your life. Being passionate about personal development, mindset, and growth, I felt called to create this group for all dental team members. One of my favorite sayings is "We are growing or we are dying." Our profession is rewarding and challenging, and we do get a choice in how we show up every day.

This group will dive into a range of topics from leadership development, practice resources, practice development, showing up as our best selves, being less reactive, healthy habits, celebrating our wins, and much more.
