For years I dealt with chronic pain, poor sleep, constant tension, uneven hips, rib flare, allergies, and a nervous system stuck in fight or flight. I felt trapped in my own body and didn’t even know what it felt like to wake up and feel good.

I tried everything. Yoga, physical therapy, meditation, acupuncture, chiropractic work, talk therapy, pain killers, injections, blood work, supplementation.. It was band aid after band aid.

What I realized is the problem wasn’t effort. It was the signal. My body wasn’t tight, it was protecting.

Everything changed when I learned how to release fascia, rehydrate tissue, and actually change the signal between the body and nervous system.

This is the system that got me out.
