I am from Ireland and I am so excited to have you here with me.

My background is in education where I learnt so much about what makes people tick and also feel at ease. I have lived in many countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Czechia, Bermuda and Canada.

My friends always said that I am glue that holds everyone together. It was always me organising evemts and get togethers...so creating this community feels so natural to me.

I have so many exciting plans in store.

I want to host coffee mornings, cocktail hours, dance parties online..bringing us all together and having fun.

I am also a breathwork teacher so I will be offering weekly breathwork sessions to help you slow down and connect with yourself.

Also I have a huge interest in personal and spiritual growth, so I am adding courses to guide you and we weekly suggestions of books, podcats and other inspirational material.
