The Musician's Mental Hub

As a professional violinist, I always found that mental health in the music industry is highly overlooked and considered taboo. Everyone keeps their struggles to themselves and no one dares to share with fellow musicians about how they feel on a daily basis, by fear of not being understood.

My goal in creating the Musician's Mental Hub Community is to bring musicians of all levels together to exchange and share thoughts, and to help each other out through common experiences, inspiring each other and creating a strong sense of understanding and compassion for each other!

This community is also a happy place to celebrate successes, positive experiences, overcoming fears, big or small milestones, bringing positivity to the group!

This is a safe space for all, there will be no judgment, only a family that is here for one another.
