Southern Shine was founded in 2020 by two 20 year olds with a vision to build more than just a service company. With no shortcuts and a strong commitment to hard work, we started small and focused on delivering quality results, building customer relationships, and improving every single year. What began as a local pressure washing business quickly grew into a multi service exterior cleaning company trusted by homeowners and commercial clients across North Carolina.

Through consistency, long hours, and a drive to learn, Southern Shine scaled to over $1.5 million in revenue by 2025, with a goal of reaching $2.2 million in 2026. Along the way, we realized how valuable mentorship, knowledge, and strong connections are when growing a business.
