I spent my life as a pro, living the grind and the sacrifices of a career that didn't hit the headlines but gave me everything I am. Today, as a youth coach, I see a dangerous shift: the soul of the game is being traded for greed, disrespect, and a brand of "commercialized foolishness" that makes players easier to sell but harder to build.
