Summit Community Commitments that we ask everyone to practice as best we can:

1. Tend to your needs. Feel free to snack, stretch, step away, as needed.

2. Listen with care & curiosity. Honor the uniqueness of our journeys.

3. Take space, make space. Practice mindful engagement.

4. Details stay; lessons leave. Amplify the learning, but please leave details within our space unless you have consent to share.

5. Speak in drafts. We can make mistakes, share things we’re still working through, & change our minds.

6. Room for our fullness, feelings & multiple truths. What surfaced in you came up for a reason. Let it flow.

7. Contend with oppression—especially when it comes from within. We owe it to ourselves to practice loving accountability. Please help us cultivate a community of care by noticing and naming harm when it happens.
