I experienced this myself during motherhood, which for me coincided with the beginning of midlife. It marked a profound identity shift—from high-powered career woman to mother. Even as a psychiatrist, I did not fully understand it at the time

As I deepened my understanding of Jungian depth psychology, it gave me a framework to make sense of that transition

I created Midlife Reauthored as a quiet space for reflection and support—for women navigating identity change and consciously reshaping what comes next.

Community Reflection Spaces and Depth Psychology seminars create a place to explore psychological ideas that arise during midlife, yet rarely exist in our everyday language.
