Mesquite Garden Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a private online community created to make holistic health education accessible, practical, and supportive. This space is for those who want to better understand their bodies and learn how to support healing using food as medicine, herbs, and holistic health practices.

Education is shared in a whole-body, system-based way. We move through the body system by system, beginning with the lymphatic system and expanding into hormones, gut health, immune balance, and so on. Each system includes recorded videos explaining what’s happening in the body, how food and hydration support healing, how herbs are traditionally used, and how lifestyle and regulation play a role.

All content is recorded so you can learn at your own pace and return to it anytime. New videos are added regularly as the Inner Circle grows. This space is educational and does not guarantee health outcomes. It exists to provide understanding, tools, and support so you can make informed choices for your body.
