I built Karl Murton Coaching because of my passion for training, and my passion for helping people.

Being a coach, I get to do both because the two go hand in hand. I can share my love for training with people, whilst helping them to achieve their goals and fall in love with the process too.

With these courses, I wanted to go above and beyond what most coaches do, and educate people in all aspects of health and fitness, so that they can develop the skills to maintain their results for life.

My goal in life is to help as many people as possible achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves.
