This community is by me, Ruha Tacey, an engineer and five-time college intern/co-op myself. I’ve also been a co-op recruiter and mentor, so I bring a 360-degree view of exactly what you’re going through to this community.

My main goal is to teach you how to skip the repetitive steps every career advice page tells you to follow and instead focus on high-impact, easy opportunities available to you that get the career you want.
