I was an ACF certified chef. I've run my own catering business hosting sit-down dinners and catering events, sold homemade pickle and chutney at farmers markets, and taught people how to cook my recipes.

I started Dinner Architect because I believe the best dinners aren't just about the food. They're about how the whole evening comes together. The menu, the flow, the atmosphere, the conversation. When you get all of that right, something special happens. People connect.
