Dr. Justin R. Woods has recognized the need for new Christian leadership in America and has answered the call to reforge Christian leadership.
Our community is an easy idea with comprehensive coverage. We are building a new generation of leadership, young or old. Recent decades have seen a thousand schemes to fill the "3B's" of bad leadership: budgets, buildings, and butts-in-seats. The American church has copied the world's model for business, education, and leadership and failed. This group hits the reset button by coming back to Jesus's model for ministry.
The 5 Crowns of Reward are the Bible's standard for faith and conduct. We #1 Study the Bible, #2 Serve the Church, #3 Suffer for the Gospel, #4 Share our faith, and #5 Shepherd others in these crowns. We call this "The 5S Cleanup" of the Church for short. We are equipping the next revival in Christ until He comes to call us to heaven's throne.
