A private community for independent coffee shop owners.

Running an independent shop can feel isolating, most owners are figuring it all out alone. We created this community to help owners collaborate, learn, and grow from each other!

We're Friedrichs Coffee Roasters-- A family-owned coffee brand since 1991. We own three shops in the Des Moines metro, a roastery, and have been in the industry for 35 years.

Every Monday we post a discussion question. We ask that everyone contributes to create a more lively community everyone benefits from.
