Everything from "Shadowing" an adjuster on an exterior, roof & interior inspection, to our own version of a "War Room" during CAT events, this is the place to be to learn, grow, network and make professional relationships to last throughout your career. All it takes is a big storm & for a new adjuster, THAT'S YOUR CUE! Thats the time to go in & shine. Turning in good product & following metrics are key.
