Build Smart is a working community for builders, superintendents, project managers, and construction leaders dealing with real jobsite challenges.

This group exists to solve the problems that slow jobs down, cause rework, fail inspections, and cost time and money. Scheduling issues, trade coordination, documentation gaps, inspection failures, and day-to-day field decisions are all part of the conversation here.

This is not theory and it’s not classroom training. It’s a practical space where real problems are shared, broken down, and solved using field experience and proven approaches.

Members are encouraged to bring current issues from active jobs, share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and learn from others who have dealt with the same situations before.

The goal is simple: help builders make better decisions in the field, reduce repeat mistakes, and protect the job from avoidable losses.
