I left a 21-year career at 44 and moved to Italy. People thought I was having a breakdown. I was actually having a breakthrough.
The thing nobody tells you about building a sensible life is how quietly it can start to feel like someone else's. Not all at once. Just slowly, until one day you think - when did I get so tired?
That was me. Probably longer ago than I'd like to admit.
This is where I work with women on exactly that. What do you actually want? What's in the way? What would it look like to stop organising your life around everyone else's comfort?
There are courses, calls and workshops inside. But mostly it's a place to stop pretending the current version is enough.
It is not too late. I'm living proof.
