Jonathan Kegler's TEDx Brewster Ed Talk was titled "Who Really Holds The Power In Schools?" At the end of the talk he voices the phrase “I Promote Pawns” which represents the mission: elevating those who have been underestimated and proving that position does not determine destiny. Just like in chess, a pawn that reaches the other side of the board can become anything.

The Architect of Change community built on the belief that potential is everywhere but opportunity and awareness are not. We challenge outdated thinking, disrupt compliance-driven models, and focus on unlocking mastery, leadership, and purpose in the people often overlooked.

This group is for educators, leaders, thinkers, and builders who believe in developing people, not just managing them. Here we share ideas, strategies, and bold thinking designed to reshape education, leadership, and personal growth.
