AI Learning Circle Leader Lab

The AI Learning Circle Leader Lab is designed for facilitators, educators, coaches, and community leaders who want to create AI learning spaces where wellbeing is prioritized, people feel safe and heard, and meaningful learning can happen.

The Lab is a space for 'Space Holders'. This is an accountability network & a burnout prevention community for Circle Leaders.

This space is grounded in the belief that people do not learn well when they feel intimidated, dismissed, overloaded, or emotionally unsafe. Instead of centering abstract values, we focus first on creating the conditions that make people able to care about values in the first place. When people feel heard, respected, and psychologically safe, they are more able to engage, reflect, collaborate, and learn responsibly.

We host Emotional Maths Facilitation courses for members to learn how to lead virtual AI Learning Circles that help people explore AI in a human-centered way while building confidence, trust, and practical skills.
