We started 1WM because too many powerful women are stuck—not because they don’t know what to do, but because something deeper is blocking their ability to fully show up, decide, and lead with clarity and conviction. It’s not always visible. But it’s real. The internal resistance. The invisible ceilings. The undercurrent of “not enough.”

1WM is a movement designed to dismantle those invisible barriers—to equip women of faith with the mindset, tools, coaching, and community they need to break free from limiting patterns and rise into leadership, impact, and mission.

We believe that when we help one woman break through, the world becomes a better place—more healed, more whole, more alive with purpose.
