Emotional Alchemy 101 is a foundational training in how emotions actually work—psychologically, physiologically, energetically, and unconsciously. Rather than teaching coping, mindset shifts, or emotional management, this course helps you understand the emotional logic driving your patterns.
If you are intellectually aware of your behaviors but still feel stuck, this course provides orientation. You’ll learn why insight alone doesn’t create change, how unconscious meaning overrides intention, and how the body—not the mind—holds the most accurate information.
Emotions are treated as intelligent data, not problems to fix. Through grounded education and precise meaning-making, you’ll learn to decode emotional signals without pathologizing or bypassing them.
This course is for capable, high-functioning women who have done therapy, coaching, or spiritual work but feel stalled. The outcome is not hype or healing promises—it’s clarity, steadiness, and restored self-trust.
