Conflict is a part of life. Most of us were never taught how to engage it well.
This space exists to change that.
Rather than offering quick fixes or generic advice, we focus on building conflict literacy: the ability to understand whatโs happening beneath the surface and respond with intention rather than reactivity. Members learn to see conflict differently: as information that supports clearer communication across relationships, work, and everyday life.
