Iโ€™m Libby, a behaviour change specialist, strength & conditioning coach, and nutritionist. Iโ€™ve spent the past 15 years in fitness & coaching, helping women cut through the noise, ditch the extremes, and actually enjoy building a strong, lean lifestyle that lasts.
