This 12-week mentorship shows you to break free of people-pleasing, stop living for approval, and reclaim your own heart-centred life. With over 60 videos, resources and worksheets, along with two live Zoom sessions each week participants are supported to finally stop living for approval and to reclaim their freedom to live their own unrepeatable life. Led by best-selling author and psychotherapist, Bruce Sanguin, we form a community of support as participants shift out of their survival ego and into their heart self.
