I’ve been coaching for over a decade, starting with my first team at 19, and have guided athletes of all ages—from under 5s to professional men and women—across multiple sports. As a Professional Sports Mentor through Mentoring The Elite (MTE) and coach at the North Sydney Bears, I’ve helped teams and individuals achieve remarkable results, including grand finals and cup victories, by focusing on preparation, skill, mindset, and discipline.
