Gentle, slow-paced support inspired by my MS journey. Soft guidance, shared experience, and simple lifestyle & food tips. Not medical advice.
This community is for people who want to explore how they can support their health in a gentle, natural way.
My name is Melina, a half Swedish and half French woman, now 50 years old. When I was 25, I was diagnosed with MS. I was blind in both eyes (one at a time), couldnโt walk for a year, had nerve pain, numbness from the chest down, heat sensitivity and deep fatigue. Doctors told me I would likely end up in a wheelchair.
I chose to follow a natural path and listen to my inner voice. Over time my body recovered and I later had five children.
I live an almost normal life today, with some fatigue, occasional nerve pain, brain fog and a slightly droopy eye when overtired.
Iโm not a medical expert and donโt offer cures โ only my own experience of what helped me. I focus on natural approaches and donโt engage in pharmaceutical discussions. What worked for me may not work for everyone.
If youโre looking for a soft, honest space for reflection, motivation and support, youโre very welcome here.
