For those navigating changes in body, energy, and rhythm; whether that is in menopause, MS, post-surgery recovery, or simply the desire to move more gently through life. No system to follow. No box to fit into.

Here you will find weekly movement snacks: short, focused explorations of how your body moves through daily life from how you walk, to how you rise from a chair, to how you find steadiness on your feet. Alongside that, conversations around nourishment, rest, and daily living, and space to notice and share what you are experiencing without needing to optimize anything.

This is a place to come back to yourself one small movement at a time.
