What's up, ladies and gentlemen? I'm Eric, a professional health and fitness coach with nearly 15 years of experience. I currently own and operate Texas Arena Strength and Fitness, a private training facility that I opened back in 2015. My expertise spans all areas of training, from working with highly professional athletes to young adolescents in various sports. While training athletes is definitely rewarding, my true passion lies in helping everyday people, like you and me, achieve a better version of themselves-while making it as simple as possible. Simple, yesโbut definitely not easy!
