Somatic Emotional Release
In this group, we have bi-weekly interactive calls from emotional release & shadow work experts that help you undo lifelong blockages & triggers.
This group is only for people who are already familiar with inner work & are ready and open to dive deep into their emotional blockages and triggers on a bodily level (somatic).
We are not doing any quick fix, or magical solutions here that are common in the healing world. This work will bring up strong emotions such as: fear, sadness, anger, pain, confusion, heaviness, discomfort and so forth.
It can also temporarily ''worsen'' symptoms. Please only join if you feel mentally stable enough to face your suppressed emotions. You are responsible for your own well being & healing, we are just here for those who want to be supported in this journey.
We don't help with suicidal topics, mental disorders or strong substance addictions.
We are not trained psychologists, we are a somatic-based coaches.
What you will not find in this group are:
Lot's of knowledge or concepts. Rather we focus on experiencing deep emotional release in your body.
Discussions or posts. We just meet on live group calls โค๏ธ.
