5 Minutes a Day Can Change Your Body

If you don’t know where to start, start here.Make this your daily 5-minute routine. You can make it your own, but stay consistent.

Your 5-Minute Daily Routine:

1 minute — Breathe (slow inhale, long exhale, feel ribs expand)

1 minute — Jaw & shoulders (unclench jaw, slow shoulder rolls)

1 minute — Spine (slow twists or spine waves)

1 minute — Feet (rock side to side, feel the ground)

1 minute — Stillness (stand, breathe, feel your body)

That’s it. Five minutes.

If you do this every day, you may start to notice:

Give it time and keep going.

We are not running a sprint.

We are running a marathon.
