We heal ourselves first then our families and communities! I ask that the knowledge you attain you first apply it to self then others. Experience makes the best teacher. You will learn about the medicinal benefits of a plant as well as the spiritual benefits. You will learn t to make healthier choices pertaining to the things we put in our bodies. There will also be a self discovery class, because how can we show up authentically if we donโt know who we are ? This class room is about learning and healing(MIND,BODY,SOUL) as we go!
