BSL Between Classes
A Deaf-led community designed to help you build confidence and develop your British Sign Language skills between your Level 1 classes.
Inside the community you can:
โ Practise and refresh your BSL Level 1 skills
โ Improve your confidence through regular signing opportunities
โ Join breakout room practice sessions with other learners
โ Receive guidance, feedback, explanations and support
โ Ask questions about vocabulary, placement and Non-Manual Features (NMFs)
โ Connect and network with learners from across the UK
โ Access live practice and Q&A sessions (fortnightly or monthly)
โ Learn in a supportive, fun and relaxed environment
Whether you're currently studying Level 1 or have recently completed it, BSL Between Classes provides a safe space to keep signing, keep learning, and continue progressing on your BSL journey.
Founded by a Deaf BSL tutor, BSL Between Classes was created to give learners a place to practise and grow in confidence outside the classroom.
