The Breath of Life Circle is a gathering place for souls who use breath as ceremony, connection as medicine, and IFS as a pathway back home.
Welcome to the Breath of Life Circle. Weโre so grateful to have you here and excited to bring this community to life on Skool.
This is a shared space for healing, regulation, and connection. Inside the Circle, we practice weekly Conscious Connected Breathwork journeys, down-regulation breathwork, mindfulness practices, and other tools to support sleep hygiene, anxiety, depression, and the processing of suppressed or repressed emotions. Once weโve cleared whatโs blocking us we step into the highest versions of ourselves and share our gifts and talents with the ๐
More than anything, this is about healing in community. We believe that connection is one of the most powerful medicines available and that many of the challenges we face individually are best met together.
This isnโt about fixing yourself. Itโs about creating space to breathe, feel, and come back into relationship with your body, your emotions, and one another.
