Spinal awakening

I made 46 better than my 20s.

Became a contortionist in 3 ½ months. Resolved 8 years of back pain after having kids. Got a six-pack after kids. Cleared my skin. Grew long, strong hair and nails.

How?

I abandoned Yoga, Pilates, and the gym and going to the depths of my spine. To restore cervical damage from a childhood accident.

Mainstream approaches taught me to push, force, control, resist. They left me tighter, compressed, stressed, and more restricted. But my body craved expansion beyond the design of machines, postures, and asanas.

It craved a beauty far deeper than makeup, skincare, or procedure could give. Seeing experts gave me temporary fixes that would unfix as soon as I stepped out of their office.

So I developed a spine centred practice that allowed me to dissolve fear too, surrender, and cultivate unshakable trust in my body.
